Who We Are

An integrated Iraqi platform, not a collection of separate services

STRATIQ Access is an Iraqi strategic support and corporate advisory platform serving foreign and local companies and investors through an integrated system of legal, business, government-relations, and project-logistics services. We support clients from the initial market assessment and establishment, through licensing and operations, to contract and risk management, dispute support, and project execution.

Legal

Advisory, contracts, corporate structuring, and dispute support — with court and other regulated representation carried out by duly licensed Iraqi lawyers.

Business

Market entry, strategy, risk, and corporate services that turn analysis into a plan with named owners, dates, and deliverables.

Government

Lawful, transparent coordination with ministries, authorities, and public departments through proper legal and administrative channels.

Logistics

Project and delegation logistics managed and coordinated through duly licensed, specialized providers under clear contractual supervision.

We do not operate as a collection of disconnected services. We act as a local partner connecting law, business, administration, government relations, and logistics — so procedures stay clear, responses stay fast, client interests stay protected, and operational complexity stays down.

Why STRATIQ Access

What working with us actually changes

An integrated platform

Legal, business, government-relations, and logistics support sit on one platform, so a matter that crosses those lines does not cross companies.

Practical Iraqi experience

Working knowledge of how procedures, institutions, and commercial relationships operate in Iraq in practice, not only on paper.

A multidisciplinary team

Lawyers, advisers, and specialists, extended by a partner network of technical experts and specialized companies engaged according to what the engagement requires.

Actionable, measurable advice

Each finding is tied to a defined action, a responsible owner, a delivery period, and a monitoring indicator, so advice becomes a plan you can track.

Confidentiality and integrity

Client information is used only for the assignment, and risks, obstacles, and alternatives are communicated honestly, including when the answer is unwelcome.

One accountable contact

A single local point of contact follows the file through and keeps overseas management informed with reporting they can act on.

How We Work

A six-step delivery method

The same sequence applies whether the engagement is a single legal opinion or a multi-year project file.

  1. 01

    Understand the Need

An initial meeting to define objectives, scope, stakeholders, and constraints.

  2. 02

    Gather Information

Review of the relevant documents, data, obligations, and priorities.

  3. 03

    Assess & Analyze

Identify the legal and operational position, the risks attached to it, and the available options.

  4. 04

    Build the Action Plan

Define tasks, owners, timeline, deliverables, and costs.

  5. 05

    Execute & Follow Up

Manage correspondence, meetings, procedures, and coordination with the relevant parties.

  6. 06

    Report

Report completed actions, results achieved, risks that remain, and practical recommendations.

Sectors

Sectors we work across

We adapt scope to the sector, the size of the company, and the stage of the project, bringing in specialist technical expertise when an engagement requires it.

  • Risks, obstacles, and alternatives are communicated honestly and transparently.

  • No outcome is guaranteed where it depends on an independent authority or on action outside our control.
